We are a community of researchers committed to advancing the study of subnational governance in Latin America. We organize biannual conferences (LACSUG 2024 in Bogotá and LACSUG 2026 in Santiago) and promote collaborative outputs such as special issues in academic journals, edited volumes, and joint research initiatives. Our work seeks to build bridges across the region's scholarly community and contribute to a deeper understanding of how multilevel governance shapes public action at the local level.
